Program mechanics

Qualifications

1. All individuals without an existing BPI savings account who will open a #SaveUp digital account from March 8, 2024 to April 30, 2024 and who, by the end of the promo period have a balance of at least P5,000 inside their BPI #SaveUp account will be eligible to receive one (1) raffle entry for the promo.

2. Individuals who open BPI #SaveUp accounts during the Promo Period and who are eligible to join the Promo will receive from BPI, SMS reminders to have at least P5,000 savings in their BPI #SaveUp accounts by April 30, 2024, to become eligible for the Promo and to earn raffle entries.

3. Qualified Clients shall each earn one (1) raffle entry, and they will be notified thereof via SMS notification. To qualify, they shall have at least P5,000 saved in their BPI #SaveUp account, reckoned at the end of the Promo Period. To illustrate

4. Each Qualified Client shall only be entitled to one (1) raffle entry during the entire Promo Period.

5. The raffle draw will be held in Bank of the Philippine Islands Office, 7F BPI Family Savings Bank Building, Dela Rosa corner Paseo, Makati City, on May 14, 2024, 3:00 PM, with representatives from BPI and DTI.

6. All raffle winners will be notified on May 16, 2024, via SMS, email and their registered mail, and such notification shall include the instructions on how to claim the prize with the accredited Travel Agency from BPI.

Terms and conditions

1. The prize offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The prizes may be transferred, contingent upon the winner executing a proper endorsement to BPI.

2. Winners must claim their prize within sixty (60) days upon receipt of registered notice.

3. Winners are required to present the unique coupon code to the authorized travel agency via email to be further assisted.

4. Winner names will be announced on the official BPI promo page of #SaveUp Summer Get-A-Waves.

5. The travel period will be valid for one (1) year upon receipt of travel/prize certificate.

6. Any costs incurred outside of airfare and hotel accommodation mentioned above shall be for the relevant raffle winner’s account.

7. Any dispute in relation to PAL and Henann Prime’s provision of services to the raffle winners shall be settled directly between the raffle winner and PAL or Henann Prime, as the case may be.

8. In case of disputes in respect of BPI and the Qualified Client’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

9. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.

10. Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI #SaveUp account, BPI Online and BPI Mobile App, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integrals part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

11. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.

12. The opening of BPI #SaveUp Digital Savings account shall be subject to BPI’s applicable account opening parameters.

13. BPI and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use and enjoyment of the prizes.

14. BPI employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the Promo.

15. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the prizes.
