Ka-Negosyo Ready Loan

To apply for a Ka-Negosyo Ready Loan, you must meet the following criteria:

1. At least three (3) years of business operations
2. Filipino Citizen Ownership
3. At least 1 year Philippine Resident Tenure

For sole proprietor and individual:

a. Duly accomplished application form​
b. DTI Registration/Business Permit​
c. Borrower’s ID​
d. Spouse’s ID (if applicable)​
e. Last 3 months bank statement (BPI and/or other banks)​
f.  Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last 3 years
g. Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the last 3 years

For partnership and corporation:

a. Duly accomplished application form​
b. SEC Registration​
c. Latest General Information Sheet​
d. Articles of Incorporation/Partnership (including amendments. if any)​
e. By-Laws (including amendments, if any)​
f. IDs of majority shareholders/authorized signatories ​
g. Last 3 months bank statements (BPI and/or other banks)​
h. Latest 3 years Income Tax Return (ITR) (if aggregate loan exposure is more than PHP 3,000,000)
i. Latest 3 years Audited Financial Statements(AFS) (if aggregate loan exposure is more than PHP 3,000,000)
