You may block and replace your card in real-time via our BPI app using Card Control. Log in to your BPI app account using your credentials.
1. Select 'MORE'
2. Under Card Management, select Card Control
3. Expand the Credit Card section and select Card Settings option for the credit card you wish to manage
4. Select Permanently Block Card
5. Select the reason for the request
6. Select Block and Replace Card
7. Review the block request details.
8. Key in your One-Time PIN or use Mobile Key to confirm your request.
9. The replacement card will arrive in 5 banking days for Metro Manila and 7 banking days for provincial areas.
Alternatively, report the incident immediately by calling 24-hour BPI Contact Center at 889-10000 (All Areas within Metro Manila), 1-800-188-89100 (Domestic Toll-Free using PLDT) and +632 889-10000 (Mobile Phone and International), where applicable.
