Housing Loan Protect-Todo Promo

1. The promo period will run from April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024, for online, branch, developer, and broker-referred accounts. 

2. This is open to all individual and corporate clients whose applications are received within the promo period and booked on or before September 30, 2024. ​

3. Prevailing interest rate shall apply.​

4. The Free Personal Accident Insurance and Mortgage Redemption Insurance are applicable to individual accounts only.

5. Total insurance cost is capped at Php 50,000.​

6. The minimum loan amount is Php 400,000.

7.  Construction loans will be eligible upon first release on or before September 30, 2024.​

8.  The free Personal Accident Insurance and MRI will only apply to the primary borrower. ​

9. The loan application is subject to the standard loan evaluation process, terms, and conditions of the bank.
