BPI accepts refinancing with the following rates below:

At least 21 years old but not more than 65 years old upon loan maturity

Minimum Household Income: Php 40,000

Minimum Loan Amount: Php 400,000
Maximum Loan Amount: Up to 90% of property value

Minimum Loan Term: 1 year
Maxium Loan Term: Up to 20 years
