1. All applications shall be subject to BPI’s standard loan evaluation and approval processes.​

2. Directors, officers, and employees of BPI, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the tactical offer.​

3. The applicant agrees to abide by and comply with BPI’s rules and regulations.​

4. All applicants who wish to avail of the tactical offer authorizes BPI, to collect, process, disclose, and retain personal data and account information to the extent described in BPI’s Data Privacy Statement posted on www.bpi.com.ph, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.​

5. For construction loans, the cashback reward shall be credited with the final release.​

6. This is not applicable for applications with a broker’s incentive payout.​
