What are the requirements to apply for this card?

The BPI Omni Card is currently offered exclusively to select BPI depositors. Its availability to the public will be announced through BPI’s official social media channels and website. Issuance of the card remains subject to BPI’s Credit Card Terms and Conditions, as well as the standard application evaluation and approval process.

I am an existing BPI credit cardholder, can I apply for a BPI Omni card?

Currently, the BPI Omni Card is offered exclusively to select BPI customers. This select group of BPI depositors has been directly notified through email and SMS communications from BPI.

If you did not receive a notification through Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) and SMS communications from BPI regarding this offer, you may apply once the card becomes publicly available. Updates will be announced through BPI’s official channels, so you won’t miss out once applications open.

Can I convert my existing BPI Credit Card to a BPI Omni Card?

Card conversion is currently not available, as the BPI Omni Card is being offered exclusively to select BPI customers. Updates on conversion options will be announced through BPI’s official channels once they become available in the future.

Can I request a Supplementary BPI Omni Card?

Supplementary BPI Omni Cards are not yet available at launch. For now, only Principal BPI Omni Cards are being issued to select BPI customers. We will announce once Supplementary Card applications are open through BPI’s official channels.

How do I activate my BPI Omni card?

Step 1: Using your registered mobile number on BPI Credit Cards' system records, type BPIACT <space> Last 10 digits of the card   

Step 2: Send to 22565060  

Example: BPIACT 1234567890 and send to 22565060 
Your card will be activated within two (2) banking days from the date of request   

In case you are not able to activate through SMS, please call 889-10000 for further assistance or visit any BPI branch near you.

Activation through Help and Support will be made available in a future update.

Note: Activation of the physical BPI Omni card shall also activate the virtual BPI Omni card.

Understanding the BPI App

If you are a BPI Omni Cardholder, your BPI app, BPI Online experience may differ. Here is a list:

1. Some capabilities present for cardholders of other BPI Credit Cards may not be available at present, but will be available in future updates. These includes:

a. Pay bills in BPI app

b. BPI Autocharge for Globe, Globe at Home and Meralco

c. Installment services

d. Automatic Biller update

e. And Shop anywhere promos

2. BPI Omni has its own entry in the Accounts menu.

3. BPI has its own Statement of Account available for download in the app. Accordingly, this statement should be settled, separately if you own other BPI Credit Cards, through its own payment.

As updates become available for your BPI Omni experience, announcements shall be made on BPI's official channels.

For Existing BPI customers

There is no change to your current BPI app. However, once you apply for the new BPI Omni card, there will be some capabilities that will be available in future updates, and we’ll notify you through BPI’s official channels once they are ready.

1. The BPI Omni card will be displayed as a new entry in the Credit Card section of the Accounts menu. The card shall be identified by its masked card number instead of the customer number.

2. There is no option yet to use your BPI Omni Card as a source of account to Pay Bills. It will be included in future updates, and we’ll notify you through BPI’s official channels once it’s available.

For New BPI Customers

If you are new to BPI, register your BPI Omni Card for BPI online through the BPI app or via web browser to conveniently access your account online. Know more about the BPI mobile app.

Features coming soon

Some features of the BPI Omni Card will be available in future updates. We’re working enhance your card experience and once these functionalities becomes available, BPI will notify you through any of the communication channels provided under Section 22 (Notice & Communication) of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, and relevant provisions of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions (as well as other applicable terms and conditions) relating to this functionality shall apply.
