1. To qualify, full payment for the eligible transaction must be made using a BPI Debit Mastercard®. Transactions paid using BPI Credit Cards or cards issued by other banks are not eligible.
2. Promo bookings must be done using an active Klook account. Valid for Klook bookings within August 1 to 2, 2026 only.
3. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, or any other product, service, or discount.
4. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos, discounts, privileges, or offers, unless otherwise specified.
5. Cardholders are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable terms and conditions of participating merchants, partners, and service providers.
6. Any transaction found to be fraudulent or determined to have been initiated, participated in, or facilitated by the cardholder for the purpose of improperly obtaining promo benefits shall result in disqualification from the promo. BPI reserves the right to recover the value of any benefit, discount, privilege, or reward granted.
7. Any dispute concerning products, services, reservations, bookings, fulfillment, or other matters involving participating merchants, partners, or service providers shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the concerned party, with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), where applicable.
8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BPI and Disney shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, cost, or claim arising out of or in connection with this promo, except where such loss, damage, expense, cost, or claim is proven to have resulted from their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. In case of disputes relating solely to BPI's administration of the promo and the cardholder's participation therein, BPI shall resolve the dispute with the concurrence of the DTI, where applicable. Such resolution shall not prejudice the cardholder's rights under applicable laws.
10. BPI and Disney reserve the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions and to amend, suspend, or terminate the promo at any time, subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the BPI Debit Mastercard®, including all account-opening requirements, product terms, cardholder agreements, reminders, and related documents, are incorporated herein by reference and shall apply whenever relevant to this promo.
12. By participating in the promo, the cardholder confirms that he or she has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
