Funds for the receiver are available in just a few hours after the transaction is processed by the sender.
Ensure the safety of your transactions with our One-Time Pin (OTP) verification. Never share your OTP with anyone.
Send up to Php 10,000 per send out, with a default daily limit of Php 50,000 per day.*
*The aggregate limit also applies to top ups and payments in external partner apps and websites. You may change the transaction limit in the BPI Online Account Maintenance page.
For the sender:
1. On the BPI Mobile app, swipe up and tap "BPI to Cash." You may also go to BPI Online and click "BPI to Cash" under Inquiry and Other Services.
2. Select LBC as your cash pickup partner.
3. Enter the amount.*
4. Enter the recipient's name** and mobile number.
5. Confirm the details by checking the certification box and tap on “Next".
6. Enter your email address and your name.
7. Select "Bank of the Philippine Islands."
8. Enter your BPI Online username and password.
9. Select an account.
10. Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP).
11. Get the 13-digit BPI to Cash reference code that will appear on the confirmation screen and send it to the receiver.
For the receiver:
1. Receive the 13-digit BPI to Cash reference code from the sender.
2. Go to the nearest LBC branch.
3. Inform the teller that you are claiming via BPI to Cash.
4. Present a valid ID*** and the 13-digit reference code upon claiming.
5. Get the cash.
*A service fee of Php 99 will be charged per send out.
**Recipient's name must match receiver’s ID upon pickup.
***Check the list of Valid IDs accepted by LBC.
For the sender:
1. On the BPI Mobile app, swipe up and tap "BPI to Cash." You may also go to BPI Online and click "BPI to Cash" under Inquiry and Other Services.
2. Select Cebuana Lhuillier as your cash pickup partner.
3. Enter the amount.*
4. Enter the recipient's name** and mobile number.
5. Confirm the details by checking the certification box and tap on “Next".
6. Enter your email address and your name.
7. Select "Bank of the Philippine Islands."
8. Enter your BPI Online username and password.
9. Select an account.
10. Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP).
11. Get the 13-digit BPI to Cash reference code that will appear on the confirmation screen and send it to the receiver.
For the receiver:
1. Get the 13-digit BPI to Cash reference code from the sender. Cebuana Lhuillier will send an SMS to notify you on the availability of the money at their branch.
2. Go to the nearest Cebuana Lhuillier branch or its partner agents, HLhuillier, and PetNet branches.
3. Inform the teller that you are claiming via BPI to Cash.
4. Present a valid ID*** and the 13-digit reference code upon claiming.
5. Get the cash.
*A service fee of Php 99 will be charged per send out.

11. Get the 13-digit BPI to Cash reference code that will appear on the confirmation screen and send it to the receiver.
For the receiver:
1. Receive the 13-digit BPI to Cash reference code from the sender.
2. Go to the nearest MLhuillier branch.
3. Inform the teller that you are claiming via BPI to Cash.
4. Present a valid ID*** and the 13-digit reference code upon claiming.
5. Get the cash.
*A service fee of Php 99 will be charged per send out.

9. Select an account.

11. Get the 13-digit BPI to Cash reference code that will appear on the confirmation screen and send it to the receiver.
For the receiver:
1. Receive the 13-digit BPI to Cash reference code from the sender.
2. Go to the nearest Palawan Express branch.
3. Inform the teller that you are claiming via BPI to Cash.
4. Present a valid ID*** and the 13-digit reference code upon claiming.
5. Get the cash.

2. Go to the nearest RD Pawnshop branch.
3. Inform the teller that you are claiming via BPI to Cash.
4. Present a valid ID*** and the 13-digit reference code upon claiming.
5. Get the cash.

For the sender:

2. Select TrueMoney as your cash pickup partner.
3. Enter the amount.*
4. Enter the recipient's name,** mobile number, and sender’s mobile number.
5. Confirm the details by checking the certification box and tap on “Next".
6. Enter your email address and your name.
7. Select "Bank of the Philippine Islands."
8. Enter your BPI Online username and password.
9. Select an account.
10. Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP).
11. You will receive an SMS from TrueMoney with the 9-digit BPI to Cash TrueMoney padala code. Send this code to the receiver.
For the receiver:
1. Get the 9digit BPI to Cash TrueMoney Padala code from the sender.
2. Go to the nearest TrueMoney branch.
3. Inform the teller that you are claiming via BPI to Cash.
4. Present a valid ID*** and the 9-digit BPI to Cash –TrueMoney Padala code upon claiming.
5. Get the cash.
*A service fee of Php 99 will be charged per send out.

BPI to Cash is BPI’s newest facility which allows BPI account holders to send or pay cash within the day to any receiver through any domestic pay-out partner. You just need your receiver’s full name and mobile number. BPI clients can access BPI to Cash through BPI Online or the Mobile app.
Yes. The default aggregate limit for sending money via BPI to Cash is Php 50,000 per day. The aggregate limit also applies to top ups and payments in external partner apps and websites. You may change the transaction limit in the BPI Online Account Maintenance page.
For Cebuana: Funds will be available for pick-up at Cebuana Lhuillier branches or its partner agents, HLhuillier, and PetNet branches, 1 hour after the transaction is processed by the sender. Transactions processed beyond 4:00 pm shall be made available the following day.
For LBC: Funds will be available for pick up at LBC branches 1 hour after the transaction is processed by the sender. Transactions processed beyond 4:00 pm shall be available the following day.
For MLhuillier: Funds will be available for pick up at MLhuillier branches 1 hour after the transaction is processed by the sender. Transactions processed beyond 4:00 pm shall be available the following day.
For Palawan Express: Funds will be available for pick up at Palawan Express branches 1 hour after the sender has successfully completed the transaction. Transactions done after 4:00 PM can be claimed the following day.
For RD Pawnshop: Funds will be available for pick-up at RD Pawnshop branches in real-time after the transaction is processed by the sender. Transactions beyond 5:00 pm shall be made available the following day.
For TrueMoney: Funds will be available for pick-up at TrueMoney branches in real-time after the transaction is processed by the sender.
Note: Fund availability also depends on our remittance partners' branch schedule.
For the sender: Available 24/7 on BPI Online and mobile app for transaction processing.
For the receiver: Our domestic payout partners are open every day. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, business hours of our domestic payout partners’ branches may change depending on the location.

The 13-digit transaction reference code is found in the standard email notification from BPI Online. This is sent to your registered email address.
For Cebuana: a confirmation SMS from Cebuana Lhuillier will be sent to the registered “Receiver’s Mobile Number”.
For TrueMoney: the 9-digit BPI To Cash-TrueMoney Padala code is found in the SMS sent to your registered number from TrueMoney.
Once the transaction is authorized or confirmed, the name or mobile number of the receiver cannot be changed. Should the sender wish to change the name or mobile number, the sender will need to request for a cancellation of the transaction.
For cancellations, please send us a message or call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (632) 889-1000. You will be given instructions and the turnaround time for the cancellation and reversal.
Please note that we will only be reversing the principal amount which will exclude the Php 99 fee.
