1. The Program is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. Qualified BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of up to 6 months FlexipayZero at Merchant.

3. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Flexipay:

a) The FlexipayZero installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement based on the following:

1. 3 months FlexipayZero is available for a minimum spend of PHP 3,000 

2. 6 months FlexipayZero is available for a minimum spend of PHP 15,000 

b) The terms may be available for select items only.

c) All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.

d) Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other Flexipay features:

Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

4. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to the principal amount using the diminishing balance method.

• BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 + 2% on the principal amount should the cardholder decide to terminate the Flexipay transaction prior to the 1st billing.
• BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 for Flexipay transactions terminated after the first billing.

5. To qualify for the Program, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant.

6. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Program, the Bank will make a decision, which will be considered final within the context of this offer. However, if the dispute involves the Participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to the customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Participating Merchant shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

7. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Program.

Straight-Payment Transactions

1. Log on to your ZALORA account or sign up for an account.

2. Click “Shop Women” or “Shop Men” to begin.

3. Select the item/s you wish to purchase.

4. Select size and click “Add to Bag”.

5. Once finished, click “Checkout Now” to proceed.

6. Input customer information such as name, phone number, and delivery address.

7. Select “Credit/Debit Card” as payment method, then add your participating BPI Credit Card’s information.

8. Click “Have a promo code? Enter it here”.

9. Enter the promo code then click “Apply”. Discount will be automatically deducted from the sub-total once the cardholder uses his BPI or Robinsons Bank Card.

10. Click “Order Now” to finalize order.

Flexipay

1. On the checkout page, fill in the required details.

2. Select “BPI Special Installment Plan” as your preferred payment option.

3. Cardholder selects the Payment Type, if “Real 0% Installment”, or “Real 0% Installment with Buy Now Pay Later.

4. Select your preferred payment term (3 or 6 months). The total amount and monthly amortization will reflect on the screen, then click “Place Order”.

5. You will be redirected to Order and Payment Information. Tick “I agree” in terms and conditions, then “Proceed”.

6. Enter your BPI Credit Card details to complete the transaction.

7. You will receive a confirmation email from ZALORA.
