Promo Mechanics
1. Promo will run from August 1 to 31, 2025, for online, branch, developer, or broker-referred applications.
2. Promo is open to individual and corporate clients whose applications are received within the promo period and booked on or before November 30, 2025.
3. Construction and Renovation loans must be released on or before November 30, 2025.
4. Minimum loan amount is PHP 1,000,000.
