Important Reminders

1. Only the Principal Cardholder is eligible to register to the promo. 
2. Promo code is unique to you and can only be used by you.

4. After completing the registration process, Giftaway will send a system-generated SMS to the Principal Cardholder confirming the receipt of the registration details and your registration date.
5. Step 2: Shop Anywhere 

After receiving the system-generated SMS from Giftaway upon registration, you may start spending with your BPI Visa Credit Card to accumulate spend and redeem eGCs. 

Accumulated Spend Rewards

1. Use a qualified BPI Visa Credit Card for purchases (straight, Flexipay at Merchant, online and in-store) within the promo period. 
2. The Principal Cardholder can earn up to Php 5,000 eGCs for a minimum accumulated spend requirement within the promo period. All qualified transactions made by the Supplementary Cardholders linked to the account will be included in the promo. 
3. Redeemable eGC is based on the highest tier reached during the promo period.

Unlock Bonus Rewards 

After reaching Tier 1 accumulated spend of Php 100,000, you can unlock bonus eGCs from our redemption partner merchants upon completing the bonus tasks. 

• Transactions made after the date of registration will be counted for the Bonus. 
• For contactless category spend and million spender round, a minimum of Php 1,000 single-receipt purchase is required for every qualified spend.  
• The basis for inclusion of transactions is based on the transaction date and the registration date of the customer. If a transaction was made within the promo period, with consideration to the customer’s registration date, then it will be counted towards the select featured category accordingly.  
• Only 1 reward is redeemable per unlocked contactless category, with a maximum limit of 3 categories.  Example: 
  • Category 1: DEPARTMENT STORES ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ - Unlocked = 1st reward
  • Category 2: DINING AND EATING PLACES ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ - Unlocked = 2nd reward

• Reward for bonus task completion can be unlocked for redemption after Tier 1 accumulated spend has been achieved. 
• Note: There’s no requirement to unlock the 1st Category to be able to claim your reward from your second category. As long as you reach 15 times spend per featured contactless category, have met the minimum Tier 1 accumulated spend and are still within the maximum limit of 3 categories, you will be able to redeem the rewards freely.
• For Flexipay spend round and Contactless Category round, the bonus eGCs are in Php 500 denomination (Premium Reward) for BPI Visa Signature Card and in Php 300 denomination (Regular Reward) for BPI Amore Cashback Card and BPI Amore Platinum Cashback Card. 
• For the Million Spender round bonus eGCs are in Php 500 denominations, except S&R which is in Php 1,000 denomination 
• Sample timeline: 
  • Date of registration: December 22, 2025
  • Bonus task 2 completion date (15x spend on on contactless category): December 26, 2025
  • Tier 1 accumulated spend reached: December 27, 2025
  • In this scenario, Bonus task 2 has been completed on December 26 but the reward can only be unlocked on December 27 

Track Spend and Rewards 

The Principal Cardholder may log in to the BPI Visa Shop Anywhere eGC Hub to track accumulated spend, as well as redeem eGCs or freebies.

Use your unique promo code to log in (same promo code used to register). Qualified transactions are posted in the Shop Anywhere eGC Hub within seven (7) to ten (10) banking days from the date of posting of transaction/s in BPI’s system.

Transaction(s) made prior to the date of registration will not be included.

Step 3: Redeem eGCs 

Accumulated Spend eGCs 

Upon reaching the minimum accumulated spend requirement, the Principal Cardholder may redeem the eGCs in the Shop Anywhere eGC Hub from the featured merchant partners via Giftaway. Redemption period is within sixty (60) days from the date of posting the transaction at the BPI Shop Anywhere eGC Hub.   

Select Claim Now and choose your preferred merchant/s for redemption.

● A confirmation page will prompt, reminding the customer that they can only redeem once and can no longer claim rewards for the next tier. Upon successful redemption of your preferred merchant eGCs, an instruction message will appear, prompting you to do the following: 

o Go to the “Redemptions” tab on the promo homepage

o Click “Open Gift” to access your eGC(s) and view more details.

● Upon clicking “Open Gift” you will be redirected to your eGC(s), which include all pertinent details such as the eGift amount, unique eGift/redemption code, and directions on how to use the eGift, etc. Specific redemption instructions are provided for each merchant. 

● Redemption requests made outside of the redemption period will not be qualified. 

● You are only allowed to redeem once. When a valid redemption has been made, you may no longer qualify to accumulate spend for the next tier.

Bonus eGCs 

Up to Php 5,000 eGCs can be unlocked after completing the bonus rounds. 

Once qualified, click the Bonus Round icon to select your bonus eGC from partner merchants. You may only choose one bonus eGC for Installment Spend at Merchant round, up to three bonus eGCs for Contactless Category Spend and up to two bonus eGCs for Million Spender from the featured bonus round eGC partners in dining and eCommerce categories:

1. The Promo is open to all Principal Cardholders of the following BPI Visa Credit Cards (“Qualified Card”) whose accounts are active and in good standing within the promo period and at the time of Redemption:

a. BPI Amore Cashback Card, BPI Amore Platinum Cashback Card, and BPI Signature Card.

b. The following BPI Credit Cards are NOT qualified: BPI Corporate Card, BPI Rewards Card, BPI eCredit Card, BPI Edge Card, BPI Gold Rewards Card, BPI Platinum Rewards Card, Petron-BPI, BPI DOS Card, Robinsons Cashback Card and DOS Card

2. The registration period is from December 18, 2025 to March 18, 2026. The Principal Cardholder must register via text-in or via the OMD by BPI Cards App. Refer to the Registration Mechanics for full details. 

3. The Principal Cardholder is also entitled to additional rewards in the form of eGCs by accumulating spend until March 18, 2026.

8. The principal cardholder has two (2) options in redeeming his/her eGCs. Conversion of eGC to an eGC code which can be used at any of the accredited merchant partners of Giftaway: 

• Redemption via merchant partners' physical store  
• Redemption via online (applicable to select online merchants like Shopee, Lazada, etc.).

9. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will be accommodated by BPI within sixty (60) banking days after the last day of the Promo Period or not later than June 11, 2026, without prejudice to any other remedies as provided under applicable laws and subject to the prescription period prescribed under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

10. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on credit card transaction or the participation/availment in the promo may result in the disqualification of the cardholder from the promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges and/or the charge of the full value of the eGC to the Principal Cardholder’s account, according to BPI’s discretion. 

11. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

12.  By joining this promo, cardholders have authorized BPI to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the registration process and redemption process of the eGC code(s). 

13. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo campaign.

2. After the Principal Cardholder submits his/her registration details, a confirmation message will be sent to confirm receipt of his/her registration from Giftaway. 

3. The Principal Cardholder will receive a notification message from Giftaway on the registration result through SMS and/or e-mail within five (5) to seven (7) banking days from the date of registration attempt. 

4. Successful registration is required to qualify for the promo. Only qualified transactions made on and/ or after the date of Principal Cardholder’s registration will be included in the spend accumulation. Transactions made before the date of registration will not be included.

5. The Principal Cardholder will NOT be qualified to join the promo if the Principal Cardholder has NOT registered his/her mobile and/or email to the promo. 

6. Only the Principal Cardholder is allowed to register for the promo. All qualified and posted transactions of the Principal Cardholder, including his/her supplementary card(s), will be included.

7. The mobile number or e-mail address used for registration MUST BE THE SAME as the Principal Cardholder’s contact details in BPI’s records. Should there be any changes within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the Principal Cardholder to update his/her contact information in BPI’s records. Moreover, a mobile number should be a valid local/Philippine mobile number.

8. By completing his/her registration, the Principal Cardholder agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and the security terms of the service provider, Giftaway. 

9. In case the mobile number and/or e-mail address does not match with BPI’s records, the Principal Cardholder is required to update his/her contact information by visiting the nearest BPI branch.

1. To redeem their rewards, the Principal Cardholder must login to the BPI Shop Anywhere eGC Hub by visiting the BPI website or the Oh My Deals! by BPI Cards app and searching for the promo. This serves as his/her unique redemption eGC Hub via the BPI Shop Anywhere eGC Hub. The Principal cardholder may also access the BPI Shop Anywhere eGC Hub link by visiting q42025.bpivisa.gift/login.

● The redemption code is transferable to the Cardholders' nominated recipient as long as he meets the requirements in using the redemption code. 

● The eGC is for one-time use only. 

4. For the accumulated spend reward, the Principal Cardholder can earn eGCs from his/her accumulated qualified transactions. Only one (1) accumulated spend tier reward can be claimed per cardholder within the promo period.  

5. All terms and conditions relating to the use of eGC code redemption per merchant, as indicated in the redemption eGC Hub, shall apply.   

6. The status of each qualified eGC will be reflected in the redemption eGC Hub (BPI Shop Anywhere eGC Hub) e.g. Active, Used, Expired.   

7. The eGC is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos.  

8. Claiming of unlocked bonus round rewards are independent from the accumulated spend rewards. Once unlocked, you may already claim the bonus rewards and continue to spend for the accumulated portion. 

9. All earned but unredeemed eGCs will expire and be deactivated sixty (60) days from the date of posting in the BPI Shop Anywhere eGC Hub.  

10. All unredeemed eGCs at partner merchants will be deactivated sixty (60) days from the date of redemption in the BPI Shop Anywhere eGC Hub.  

11. Once a redemption is made, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or applied to another item, or eGC.  

12. The Principal Cardholder is responsible for safekeeping his/her eGCs and redemption portal link (BPI Shop Anywhere eGC Hub). 13. The Principal Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended. 

14. BPI will not send notifications via SMS and/or email on the expiry of the earned eGCs. It is the responsibility of the principal cardholder to track the expiry of their rewards. Earned rewards can be redeemed up to 60 days from the date of posting of the rewards in the BPI Shop Anywhere eGC Hub. 

15. BPI will not accommodate cardholder requests in re-sending eGCs due to reasons such as, but not limited to: 

• Lost, stolen or defective mobile device 
• Expired eGCs 
• The eGC was successfully sent to the principal cardholder’s registered contact information in BPI’s system, but the contact information is no longer in use by the cardholder without updating his/her records with BPI. 
  • Should the principal cardholder request for a change in his or her mobile number during the promo period, only succeeding earned eGC rewards will be sent to the updated contact information.
