The Generics Pharmacy Promo

1. Open to all new BPI customers who will open for BPI #SaveUp and/or download and sign up for VYBE by BPI at any The Generics Pharmacy store from December 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

2. All new customers who have successfully opened a BPI #SaveUp and or downloaded and signed up for VYBE by BPI will be entitled to a TGP House Brand Items (ethyl alcohol or sanitizing wipes).

3. The customer must scan the BPI QR code available in the store to open an account. The application for a BPI #SaveUp is deemed completed when it reaches the confirmation screen in the BPI app.

4. A live Confirmation Screen should be presented and redeemed at The Generics Pharmacy branch where the customer performed the account opening.

5. The FREE TGP House Brand Items (ethyl alcohol or sanitizing wipes) is valid immediately when verified by The Generics Pharmacy Store Personnel. TGP Personnel should ask the customer to click the back button/icon on the phone to verify if the customer did a live application in the store.

6. The Generics Pharmacy Store Personnel will ask for the customer’s last four (4) digits of their mobile number used in the account opening, for reporting purposes.

7. Opening of a BPI #SaveUp and/or signing up for VYBE is subject to the existing policies of BPI.

8. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers of BPI in partnership with The Generics Pharmacy.

9. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI account holder’s participation in the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance and/or delivery of the product to the BPI accountholders, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

1. To redeem the TGP House Brand Items (ethyl alcohol or sanitizing wipes), account holders need to show their live confirmation screens to the store personnel of The Generics Pharmacy.  

2. The TGP House Brand Items (ethyl alcohol or sanitizing wipes) are not transferable and convertible to cash, subject to T&C of TGP. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item or e-voucher.

3. The BPI accountholder shall be responsible for safekeeping his confirmation screen. BPI and The Generics Pharmacy shall not replace the redeemed item.
