Promo Mechanics
1. Open to all new BPI customers who will open for BPI #SaveUp account in any The Generics Pharmacy Store from October 31, 2026 – April 30, 2027.
2. All new customers who have successfully opened a BPI #SaveUp account will be entitled to a Php100 worth of TGP House Brand Medicines (non-prescription drugs).
3. The Customer must scan the BPI QR code available in the store to open an account. The application for a BPI #SaveUp account is deemed completed when it reaches the confirmation screen in the BPI app.
BPI #SaveUp Confirmation Screen:
4. Live Confirmation Screen should be presented and redeemed at The Generics Pharmacy Store where the customer performed the account opening.
5. The free PHP 100 TGP House Brand Medicine (Non-prescription Drugs) is valid immediately when verified by The Generics Pharmacy Store Personnel. TGP Personnel should ask the customer to click the back button/ icon on the phone to verify if the customer did a live application in the store.
6. The Generics Pharmacy Store Personnel will ask for the customer’s last 4 digits of their mobile number used in the account opening. (for control & reporting purposes).
7. Opening of a BPI #SaveUp account is subject to the existing policies of BPI.
8. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers of BPI in partnership with The Generics Pharmacy.
9. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final.
Redemption of free PHP 100 TGP Housebrand
Subject to the following terms & conditions:
1. To redeem the PHP 100 worth of TGP Housebrand Medicines, account holders need to show their live confirmation screens to the store personnel of The Generics Pharmacy.
2. The PHP 100 worth of TGP Housebrand Medicine is not transferable and convertible to cash, subject to T&C of TGP. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item or e-voucher.
3. The BPI accountholder shall be responsible for safekeeping his confirmation screen. BPI and The Generics Pharmacy shall not replace the redeemed item.
