1. To qualify for the promo, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
2. The cashback offered under this Promo is not convertible to cash. The offer is non-transferable and may only be availed of by the Eligible Client.
3. BPI will be sending all notices including the cashback notification via Viber/eDM to the Eligible Cardholders' registered mobile number, via e-mail to email address in BPI Credit Cards’ system records. It is the responsibility of the Principal Cardholder to update his/her information in BPI Credit Cards’ system records by calling BPI Contact Center at 889-10000 or by visiting the nearest BPI branch.
4. In case of dispute in respect of BPI and the Eligible Cardholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. In case of dispute in respect of the purchases and/or services offered by the eligible partner merchants, the decision of the eligible partner merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process without prejudice to any other remedies as provided under applicable laws and subject to the prescription period prescribed under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
5. BPI reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo upon prior approval of DTI.
6. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
7. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
9. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
10. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
