1. The program is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of FlexipayZero.

3. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Flexipay:

1. The FlexipayZero installment term is available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of Php 3,000 or higher. 

2. The terms may be available for select items only.

3. All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.

4. The cardholder can also choose to avail of the other Flexipay features:

Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

•  The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method  
  • BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decide to terminate the Flexipay transaction prior to the 1st billing.  
  • BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for Flexipay transactions terminated after the first billing. 

5. How to avail of online installment:

• Cardholder to add preferred item to cart, proceed to check out page and fill in required details
• On the check-out page, Cardholder will select “Payment Method”.
• Cardholder selects “BPI Special Installment Plan” as payment option.
• Cardholder selects the Payment Type: SIP with add-on Installment”
• Cardholder selects the payment term e.g 3 or 6 months
• The total amount and monthly amortization will reflect on the screen. 
• Cardholder will then click “Place Order” button.
• Cardholder will be redirected to Order and Payment Information. Cardholder ticks “I agree” in terms and conditions, then “Proceed”
• Customer will be redirected to Payment gateway to input his BPI Credit Card details to complete his transaction.
• Customer will receive a confirmation email from Merchant.

6. To qualify for the Program, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant. 

7. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

8. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.
