Promo mechanics

1. Open to all new BPI customers who will apply for a BPI #SaveUp account in participating SEAOIL gas stations from June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024. Promo extended until July 31, 2024.

2. All new customers who have successfully opened a BPI #SaveUp account will be entitled to a SEAOIL Lubricant Product. For every successful application, customers can choose from any of the Lubricant Products offered:

a. 2 bottles of 4T Top Up (200ml)

b. 2 bottles of 2T Top Up (200ml)

c. 1 Brake Fluid (300ml)

d. 1 Coolant (500ml)

3. The Customer must scan the QR code available in the station to apply for or open an account. The application for a BPI #SaveUp account is deemed completed when it reaches the confirmation screen in the BPI app. 

4. Confirmation Screen should be presented at participating SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. Gas Station within 1 hour of where the customer performed the account opening.

5. SEAOIL Station Personnel should ask the customer to click the back button/icon on the phone to verify if the customer did a live application in the store.

6. The FREE SEAOIL Lubricant Product is valid immediately when verified by the SEAOIL Station Personnel. Once verified, redemption of free SEAOIL Lubricant Product can be availed 60 days after the promo period.  

7. SEAOIL Station Personnel will ask for the customer’s name and last 4 digits of their mobile number used in the account opening. He/she will log the customer information for control and reporting purposes.

8. If the customer completed the application but wants to redeem the SEAOIL Lubricant Product up until 60 days after the promo period, the SEAOIL Station Personnel will log the following details in the monitoring sheet provided by BPI to ensure that the application was completed in the station and verified by the SEAOIL Station Personnel.

  • Date of Application
  • Customer Name
  • Mobile Number (last 4 digits only)
  • Name of SEAOIL Station Personnel who verified the application
  • Status of SEAOIL Lubricant Product Redemption (Claimed/ Unclaimed)
  • Date of Redemption
  • Customer’s Signature

9. Opening a BPI #SaveUp account is subject to the existing policies of BPI.

10. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers of BPI in partnership with the participating SEAOIL gas stations.

11. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI, will be redeemed final.

Redemption of SEAOIL Lubricant Product

Subject to the following Terms & Conditions

1. To redeem the SEAOIL Lubricant Product, account holders need to show their confirmation screen of BPI #SaveUp account opening to Station Personnel of SEAOIL Philippines, Inc.

2. The SEAOIL Lubricant Product is not transferable and convertible to cash. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or applied to another item, or e-voucher.

3. The BPI accountholder shall be responsible for safekeeping his voucher code. BPI and partner merchant shall not replace the redeemed Lubricant Product.

Other conditions

1. BPI accountholders whose BPI #SaveUp accounts are inactive, suspended or closed will no longer be qualified.

2. All questions and issues arising from and in connection with the promo will be accepted within the promo duration, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.

3. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. Any feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective partner merchants.

4. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prize. BPI and its subsidiaries shall be held free and harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, expenses, taxes, fees and costs arising from or in connection with the BPI accountholder’s participation, availment of and/or use of the eGCs or prize under the Program.

5. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI accountholder’s availment of the program, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance and/or delivery of the product to the BPI accountholders, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

6. By participating in this promo, the BPI accountholder agrees that the Bank may collect information, such as, but not limited to, mobile number and e-mail address.

7. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s products, services, facilities and channels, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this promo.
