Puregold Promo

1. To redeem the reward in-store at participating branches, the BPI Credit Cardholder must proceed to the Customer Service Counter of the supermarket where the purchase was made and present the following:

• Original merchant receipt showing a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 4,000.
• Original charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) for the qualifying transaction, which must: 
  • Be obtained from the same branch where the purchase was made;
  • Be valid and original (Customer Copy only). Photocopied, duplicate, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy receipts will not be accepted;
  • Be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount, last four (4) digits of the card number, and approval code. Faded or unreadable receipts will not be accepted;
  • Reflect the same cardholder name and card number as the card presented upon redemption; and
  • Have a transaction date that falls within the Promo Period.
• The qualified BPI Credit Card used for the transaction.
• The card presented must be valid and not expired.

2. Upon redemption, the customer's receipt will be stamped by the Puregold Supermarket personnel at the Customer Service Counter.

3. Redemption is exclusive to the BPI Credit Cardholder and is non-transferable. Redemption through authorized representatives, even with an authorization letter, will not be allowed.

4. Only qualifying purchases made within the Promo Period are eligible for the promotion.

5. A qualifying purchase must be a single transaction requiring only one approval. Splitting a transaction into multiple smaller transactions at the same store on the same day to qualify for multiple rewards is strictly prohibited. "Splitting" refers to the intentional division of a single transaction into multiple transactions to obtain more than one reward.

6. In the event that the offered reward becomes unavailable upon redemption, Merchant must replace the reward item with an item of equal or greater value with the concurrence of the cardholder.
