Each PHP 3,000 single receipt transaction paid using any of the BPI payment channels brings you closer to PHP 175,000 cash, tax-free. Use BPI app, BPI Debit Card, BPI Credit Card or VYBE to pay and you just might be one of the four (4) lucky winners.
Mechanics
1. Customers who use qualified BPI payment products/channels (as described below) for any in-store purchase or dine-in transaction get a chance to win PHP 175K cash (the “Promo”).
2. The Promo is open to all BPI customers who make a transaction following the qualifications below (a “Qualified Transaction”):
a. Transact any of their in-store purchase or dine-in payment of at least Three Thousand Pesos (PHP 3,000.00) single-receipt transaction; and
b. Use any of their BPI debit or credit card or pay via QR using BPI app or VYBE. This Includes contactless transactions (i.e. mobile phone tap via digital wallet on POS)
c. E-commerce transactions, gambling, bills payments and transfers to individual sellers are excluded from the Promo.
3. Promo shall run from September 15, 2026 to November 30, 2026 (the “Promo Period”).
4. To join the Promo raffle, interested BPI customer must register via this link within the Promo Period. Only registered customers shall earn raffle entries.
5. The following information shall be gathered:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Registered Email Address
d. Last 5 digits of BPI deposit account number; OR
e. Last 5 digits of BPI Credit card
f. Consent to Join
g. Data Privacy Consent
6. A customer shall earn one (1) raffle entry per Qualified Transaction within the Promo Period, regardless if the transaction is before or after the customer’s registration.
7. There will be one (1) raffle winner for each payment product/channel: one (1) for debit card, one (1) for credit card, one (1) for BPI app QR payment and one (1) for VYBE payment.
8. Raffle shall be held on December 14, 2026 to be witnessed by a DTI representative.
9. Each winner shall receive PHP 175,000 cash tax-free. Applicable taxes shall be shouldered by BPI.
10. Cash shall be credited to the winner’s BPI deposit account. In case the winner does not have a BPI account, s/he shall be asked to open a BPI account for the crediting of the cash prize.
11. Each winner may only win once.
12. Winners shall be notified via their registered email address and contacted via SMS. A registered mail shall also be sent in case attempts to reach the customer is unsuccessful.
13. All BPI and Robinsons Bank employees, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified to join the Promo.
Terms and Conditions
1. BPI shall not be held liable for any impediment beyond the Bank’s control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, inclement weather conditions, or any local-government restrictions, which may cause the delay of the raffle and/or the crediting of the cash prize.
2. BPI reserves the right to refuse to honor the winner if the account opening is found to have been sourced through fraudulent, illegal or any activity inconsistent with the law.
3. In case of any dispute with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
4. By participating in this Promo, the customer:
a. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to provide information of the customer to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Promo including the processing of electronic raffle draws.
b. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to collect and process their personal information, including but not limited to his/her name, mobile number, e-mail address and current location for the purpose of implementing this Promo. In the event that the customer is declared a winner, he/she hereby gives express consent, in accordance with applicable bank secrecy, confidentiality, and data privacy laws of the Philippines and other relevant jurisdictions, to the publication, use, and/or disclosure of his/her name, photographs, and/or videos in connection with the Bank’s promotional activities, in any media, including the Bank’s website, social media platforms, and other publications, without further compensation/remuneration or prior notice. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such publication, use, and/or disclosure.
c. Acknowledges and agrees that BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, stockholders, officers and employees shall not be liable and shall be held free and harmless from any and all loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants resulting from their participation in the Promo, receipt of the prize or any publication, use, and/or disclosure of their information in relation to the authorized purposes above, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.
d. Acknowledges and agrees that, for the avoidance of doubt, to the extent that applicable confidentiality, bank secrecy or other laws impose non-disclosure requirements on certain relevant information but permits a party to waive such requirements by written consent, the express consent provided herein shall constitute the accountholder’s written consent and waiver for purposes of such applicable laws.
5. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
