2. The Promo Period is from March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

3. BPI and Robinsons Bank Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period: 

• Free OGAWA cooling fan (worth PHP 1,990) for every purchase of a massage chair under Relaxation category
• Flexipay for participating BPI Credit Cardholders

  • Up to 100% Additional Bonus Madness Limit for installment purchases for qualified BPI Credit cardholders

4. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.  

5. Offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made. 

6. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

2. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of the FlexipayZero Program. This allows Cardholders to avail of up to 36 months 0% interest on installments at Merchant.  

3. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Flexipay:  

a. The FlexipayZero installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 3,000 or higher.  

b. The terms may be available for select items only.   

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.   

d. The cardholder can also choose to avail of the other Flexipay features:  

Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders  

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.  

FlexipayLater

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full. 

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method.

e.1. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 + 2% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the Flexipay transaction prior to the 1st billing.

e.2. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 for Flexipay transactions terminated after the first billing.  

4. To qualify for the Program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the participating Merchant.   

5. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign. 

1. Visit any participating branch of merchant.  

2. Use any of the participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards to pay for your purchases.  

3. Avail of up to 36 months FlexiPay Zero for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders. Available installment terms: 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, and 36 months, applicable for select items. Valid for a minimum installment spend of PHP 3,000 or higher.

4. Purchase a massage chair under Relaxation category using your BPI or Robinsons Bank Card to get the free OGAWA cooling fan.
