How to avail

1. BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cardholders are entitled to 20% off on food orders at Mireio by Raffles Makati. Beverage is excluded from the discount.

2. Valid daily for Lunch and Dinner including Sunday Brunch.  

3. Discount is applicable on food bill only, beverage is excluded from the discount.

4. Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability at the time of booking. For reservations and inquiries, customer may call (+632) 8555 9840 or email: dining.makati@fairmont.com.

5. Promo is not valid in conjunction with other discounts and ongoing promos.

6. The discount is not applicable to VAT, service charges & other prevailing local taxes.

7. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

8. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act or dividing transactions into multiple transactions to avail of multiple discounts.

9. Offer is not valid on blackout dates:

Terms and conditions

1. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired, or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discounte to his or her card.

2. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

3. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.  

4. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of the products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

5. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI and/or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
