- This offer can be redeemed twice per day per BPI app user.
- This Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, vouchers, privileges, or campaigns.
- Customers eligible for statutory discounts (Senior Citizen or PWD) may choose either this Promo or the applicable statutory discount, whichever provides greater benefit. Discounts cannot be combined.

- Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s products, services, facilities, and channels shall apply where relevant.

Disputes and Liability
- In case of dispute relating to eligibility, redemption, or implementation of this Promo, the decision of BPI and Chooks-to-Go, with the concurrence of DTI where applicable, shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
- BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, stockholders, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants resulting from their participation in the Promo and receipt of the reward, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.

Yes, each BPI app user can get the PHP 100 discount on up to two (2) Oven-Roast Chickens per day within the promo duration.
Can I get the discount if I order online?
No. Online orders do not qualify for the promo.
Can I pay through a merchant’s personal InstaPay QR?
No, only payments through Chooks-to-Go stores’ official merchant QR Ph code will qualify for the discount

No. This offer is only for payments made with the BPI app.
Can I redeem this promo together with other Chooks-to-Go offers?
No, this promo can’t be used together with any other ongoing promotions. Only one promo or discount can be applied per transaction.
What if I’m a senior citizen or a PWD? Can I still redeem this promo?
You can still enjoy a discount, but in line with the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) and the PWD Act (R.A. 10754), you will need to choose between the promo discount or your government-mandated discount, whichever is higher.
Will both the promo and the senior or PWD discount be applied to my purchase?
