BPI Housing Loan Summer Savers

1. The Promo will run from April 1 to April 30, 2026.  

2. Open to individual and corporate clients whose applications are received within the promo period and booked on or before June 30, 2026.  

• For Construction and Renovation loans, the first disbursement must be released on or before June 30, 2026, to qualify. 

3. The minimum loan amount shall depend on the fixing period and product type: 

a. For Acquisition, Construction, Renovation, and Refinancing, the minimum loan amount is PHP 1,000,000 for a fixing period of 1 year.

b. There is no minimum loan amount for Property Equity Loans.

4. The minimum loan tenor required to qualify shall be based on loan purpose:  

• 10 years for acquisition of residential property, construction and renovation, refinancing
• 5 years for property equity loan (PEL)  

5. Promo offer shall include:  

• Discounted interest rates  

i. For Acquisition, Construction, Renovation, Refinancing: 

• Fixing Period: 1 Year
• Minimum Loan Amount: PHP 1,000,000
• Rate: 5.99%

ii. For Property Equity Loans

• Fixing Period: 5 Years
• Minimum Loan Amount: None
• Rate: 8%

• Waived Bank Fees: 

i. 1&5 year fixing period: PHP 5,000 for every PHP 1 million loan amount capped at PHP 50,000. 

• Waived Appraisal Fee of PHP 5,000, applicable to first appraisal only. 

6. The Promo may be combined with other existing BPI Housing Loan Promos, when applicable and subject to BPI’s terms and conditions. 

7. All other offers are not convertible to cash and are non-transferrable.  

8. Advanced payment, partial payment or pre-termination is allowed. 

9. The Promo is subject to BPI Housing Loan’s standard loan evaluation, terms, and conditions.
