Highlands Coffee Discount Promo

1. The promo is open to all Highlands Coffee customers who will avail of regular priced orders and pay using BPI OneQR. 

2. The promo period is from November 1, 2026 to January 29, 2027. 

3. Customers can enjoy a 25% discount on regular priced orders for a minimum spend of PHP 500. 

4. Customers may redeem the offer multiple times per day, as long as each transaction meets the minimum spend requirement. 

5. The offer cannot be applied or combined with other discounts and promos. 

6. The offer is not convertible to cash.  It may not be exchanged with any other product. 

7. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Highlands. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

1. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. Any feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective partner merchants.   

2. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion. BPI and its subsidiaries shall be held free and harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, expenses, taxes, fees and costs arising from or in connection with the customers participation, availment of and/or use the program except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.  

3. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customer’s availment of the Program, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance and/or delivery of the product to the BPI accountholders, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.  This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law. 

4. By participating in this Promo, the BPI accountholder agrees that the Bank may collect, use, and process his/her personal information, including but not limited to his/her mobile number and email address, for purposes of Promo administration, participant validation, fulfillment of Promo benefits, customer servicing, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Any display or disclosure of the BPI accountholder's name on the BPI website, official social media pages, or other promotional materials shall be limited to purposes related to the conduct and promotion of the Promo and shall be subject to the BPI accountholder's separate consent where required by applicable law or Bank policy. Any information so disclosed shall be retained and displayed only for the period necessary to fulfill the foregoing purposes and in accordance with the Bank's record-retention policies and applicable laws. 

5. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
