1. This Promo is open to first time and current users of the BPI app.

2. This promo is exclusive to BPI App users only. Transactions made using the VYBE by BPI app are not eligible for the promo. 

3. This Promo is valid from July 13 to 15 at select Chatime stores.

4. This Promo allows BPI app users to get 1 FREE Regular Peal Milk Tea when they buy any 2 Large drinks from participating Chatime stores. 

5. To redeem, customers must order in-store and pay the store/s via the BPI app, scanning the branch’s existing available official QR Ph codes. The transaction will be verified by the store cashier before awarding the award to the customer.  Online and delivery orders do not qualify for this promo.

6. Only one (1) redemption per BPI app user is allowed per visit.  

7. This promo cannot be applied in conjunction with other promos, discounts, or privileges.

8. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the customer forfeit his/her freebie with prior approval from the DTI.

9. All disputes related to this Program will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.

10. In case of any dispute with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, claiming of the freebie, the decision of the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

11. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, stockholders, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the account holder's participation in the Program and receipt of the prizes, except in cases of negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.

12. The incentive/s of this Promo are non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.

13. By participating in this Program, the BPI app user hereby agree as follows:

a. BPI is authorized to provide information about the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Promo including the processing of transactions, electronic raffle draws and crediting of prizes.

b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

14. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Program.

15. This is a limited time offer. 

16. Chatime and BPI reserve the right to change the offers, menu, and offer periods any time. 

You can avail 1 free Regular Pearl Milk Tea (for every 2 Large Chatime drinks) once every visit. If you have already availed the offer at one branch, you can visit another branch, come back again later, or on another day within the promo period to avail it again.
