Mechanics

1. The promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are active, and in good standing.

How to Avail

1. To qualify for the offer, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card for straight transactions whether in-store or online, on merchants listed under the following Merchant Category Codes (MCC):

Terms and Conditions

1. In determining the qualification of a transaction to earn 3x BPI Rewards Points, BPI shall be bound by and shall not be responsible for the Merchant Category classification made by the acquiring bank in accordance with the requirements prescribed by Mastercard. 

2. In case of any inconsistency between the Merchant Category above and the Merchant Category Code used by the acquiring bank, the latter shall prevail. 

3. Qualified cardholder must meet a minimum spend of PHP 35 to earn points. 

4. Qualified transactions made by the principal cardholder and his/her supplementary cardholder(s) will be accumulated and shall be considered as the principal cardholders’ total transactions under this promo. 

5. Bonus BPI Rewards Points earned under this promo will be automatically credited to the Principal Cardholder's account and reflected in the BPI Rewards Dashboard on the VYBE app, together with the corresponding baseline BPI Rewards Points earned.

6. BPI Rewards Points earned will be reflected in the VYBE app's 'BPI Rewards' Dashboard no later than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the relevant transaction.

7. A BPI Rewards Points earned from the use of qualified BPI Credit Card types is evergreen and will not expire.

8. The bonus points can be redeemed along with the baseline BPI Rewards Points earned by the Principal cardholder as a feature of their card. 

9. The bonus points cannot be pooled with another principal cardholder nor transferred to any other person and cannot be converted to cash. 

10. Dormant, suspended, delinquent, or blocked BPI Accounts will not be eligible to earn 3x BPI Rewards Points. Earning of BPI Rewards Points for such accounts shall only resume once the above-mentioned status has been lifted or changed to active/current.  

11. BPI reserves the right, at any time and with notice, (i) to amend, modify or supplement these BPI Rewards Accelerator Promo Terms and Conditions or (ii) discontinue or terminate the BPI Rewards Accelerator Promo or any part thereof. 

12. The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, BPI’s Online Banking Terms and Conditions, BPI VYBE’s Terms and Conditions, BPI’s Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy and applicable rules and regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), as the same may be amended, modified and supplemented from time to time, are incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
