Quick guide

How to pay your BPI Credit Card bill via the BPI app or BPI online

1. Log in to the BPI app.

2. Tap Move money at the bottom of your app screen, then tap Pay bills.

3. Under Pay from, select the source account that you want to use to pay.

4. Under Pay to, find BPI CREDIT CARD l BPI CC under the list of billers.

5. Enter your 16-digit Customer Number and payment amount, then tap Continue.

6. Review the details of your payment and tap Confirm.

7. Review and validate the transaction through OTP or Mobile Key.

8. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon successful payment.

The above steps may also be done on BPI online through online.bpi.com.ph.

For quicker and safer bill payments in the future, save your biller as Favorites by going to More > Transactions > Manage Favorites.

How to pay your BPI Credit Card bill in the branch

Visit any BPI branch nationwide to pay for your credit card. You may use our branch locator to check the branch near you.

For check payments, please make these payable to BPI, followed by your Customer Number found in your statement of account (e.g. Pay to the order of BPI, 020100-xxxxxxxxxx).

How to pay your BPI Credit Card bill via Coins.ph

1. Open the Coins.ph app and enter your PIN.
2. Click "Pay Bills".
3. Select biller BPI (Credit Card Bill).
4. Enter the exact amount to be paid and click Next.
5. Enter your Customer/Card Number (16-Digit) and Account Name then click Next.
6. Review your payment details then slide to Confirm to complete your payment.
7. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your payment.

How to pay your BPI Credit Card bill via GCash

1. Open the GCash app and enter your MPIN.
2. Click "Pay Bills".
3. Click "Credit Cards" under "Biller Categories".
4. Select "BPI Credit Card".
5. Enter your Customer/Card Number (16-Digit), Account Name and the exact amount to be paid then click "Next".
6. Double check the information shown in the confirmation page, then click "Confirm".
7. A confirmation SMS and email will be sent to you with the details of your payment.

Frequently asked questions

When will my payment be posted?

Payment will be posted within three (3) banking days after the date of payment. Please pay at least three (3) banking days prior to your due date for your payment to be posted on time.

How much is the late payment fee?

Late Payment fee of PHP 850 or equivalent to the value of the unpaid minimum amount due, whichever is lower will be charged to the BPI Credit Card if payment is not made on or before the due date. To avoid this, please pay at least the Minimum Amount Due on or before the Payment Due Date.

Can I pay for another person's BPI credit card Statement of Account?

Yes. Please have the cardholder’s customer number or card number with you to ensure posting to the correct credit card account.

What should I do if the payment I made for my BPI Credit Card account was not posted?

Call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 and provide the payment details to the Phone Banker for investigation.

Bayad Center

1. Where can I pay BPI Credit Card?
You can pay your BPI Credit Card at any Bayad Center stores and Bayad Center merchant partners nationwide. Visit Bayad’s website for the complete list of Bayad Centers and partners.

2. How do I pay?
Simply provide your BPI Credit Card Statement of Account to the cashier, or fill out and submit the Bayad Center Transaction Form to the cashier with the following information:
a. Credit Card Number or Customer Number (Numeric and to be encoded as shown in the SOA or as written by the customer using the Bayad Center Transaction Form)
b. Account Name- (LN, FN, MI); Middle Initial is optional
c. Amount to be Paid

Wait for your acknowledgement receipt with machine Validation as proof of payment

3. Can I pay with cash or check?
Only cash payment is accepted.

4. Until what time can I pay?
The daily cut-off time for payments is until 8:00 PM only. Payments received after the cut-off time will be considered as next banking day transactions.

Cebuana Lhuillier

1. Where can I pay BPI Credit Card?
You can pay your BPI Credit Card at any Cebuana Lhuillier branch nationwide. Visit Cebuana Lhuillier’s website for the complete list of branches.

2. How do I pay?
Provide your BPI Credit Card Statement of Account/Electronic Statement to the cashier, or fill out and submit the payment slip to the cashier with the following information:
•   Name
•   Payment Amount
•   Date
•   Customer Number/Card Number as indicated in the Statement of Account

The cashier will provide you a validated Payment Slip as your proof of payment.

3. Can I pay with cash or check?
Only cash payment is accepted.

4. Until what time can I pay?
The daily cut-off time for payments is only until 10:00 PM across all branches. Payments after the cut-off time will be considered as next banking day transactions.

ECPay

1. Where can I pay BPI Credit Card?
You can pay your BPI Credit Card at any ECPay partner outlets nationwide. Visit ECPay’s website for the complete list of payment partners.

2. How do I pay?
Provide your BPI Credit Card Statement of Account to the cashier, or fill out and submit the payment slip to the cashier with the following information:
a. Payment Amount
b. Contact Number
c. Customer Number / Card Number

Wait for your transaction slip as proof of payment.

7-Eleven

1. How do I pay in 7-Eleven?
Using the CLIQQ Kiosk Machine or CLIQQ Mobile App, select "BPI CREDIT CARD" under the "Bills Payment" category. Fill-up the following information:
a. Account Name
b. Card No. or Account No.
c. Present the generated barcoded payment slip to 7-Eleven cashier and your cash payment

Wait for your Acknowledgement receipt

2. Can I pay with cash or check?
Only cash payment is accepted.

3. How many days will it take for my payment to be posted?

SM Bills Payment Counters are located in:

- Customer Number/Card Number
- Name
