Pay bills

1. Open the BPI app and tap the QR icon at the bottom of screen:

•Scan by pointing the camera to the biller’s QR Ph code; or

•Tap Upload QR if you have the biller’s QR Ph code saved in your device.

You may also do either after you log in to the app or by tapping Move money > Pay bills > Scan or upload QR code.

2. Enter the amount you wish to pay and any other required details.

3. Select your source account, then tap Continue.

4. Confirm the transaction using Mobile Key.

The upload QR option is also available for bill payments through BPI online on a web browser.

Pay any of 1,700+ billers available without needing to add them as Favorites first. Here’s how:

1. Log in to the BPI app or through a web browser, then tap Move money > Pay Bills.

2. Select your source account or the card you want to pay from.

3. Tap All Billers and select your biller from the list.

4. Enter the payment amount and any other required information, then tap Continue.

5. Approve the transaction using Mobile Key.

In case Mobile Key is down, you’ll have the option to approve with a One-Time PIN that will be sent to your BPI-registered mobile number.

1. Log in to the BPI app or through a web browser.

2. Tap More > Transactions > Manage Favorites > Add new Favorite.

3. Select Billers for the type of favorite, then select your biller from the list.

4. Enter your reference number and any other required information, then tap Continue.

5. Approve the transaction using Mobile Key.

1. Log in to the BPI app or through a web browser.

2. Tap More > Transactions > Manage scheduled transactions > Schedule new transaction.

3. Select Pay Bills for the transaction type, then select your biller from the list of Favorites.*

4. Enter the transfer or payment amount, then set your preferred frequency and start date for the transaction.**

5. Review the details and confirm the scheduling of the transaction using the One-Time PIN sent to your BPI-registered number.

That’s it! You’ll see a confirmation screen with the details of your scheduled transaction.

* To add a Favorite, go to More and tap Transactions > Manage Favorites > Add new Favorite.

**For recurring transactions, you’ll also be asked how many times you want the transaction to take place. You can choose up to 12 times for monthly transactions and up to four 4 times for quarterly transactions.

You can now pay your bills directly without enrollment. You also have the option to save them as Favorites for quicker transactions in the future.

Yes, you can pay any of 1,700+ billers available with the need to add them as Favorites first. Here’s how:

If your payment exceeds the daily limit, you may complete it by dividing the amount into separate transactions. Simply pay a portion of the bill today, then settle the remaining balance on the next day. This ensures you can complete the full payment while staying within the daily limit.

Some merchants/billers require 24-hour intervals before making another payment except the following:  

Billers with transactions posted real-time:

A transaction is considered as duplicate if the biller name, reference number, and amount are the same as a previous transaction within the same banking day
