BPI Scan for Cash is a convenient cash-out solution for non-BPI customers who use QR Ph-accepted banks and e-wallets. It allows you to cash out money from your account by simply scanning a QR code at participating BPI partner stores.
How to cash out in BPI partner stores
Learn the steps on how to cash out from any bank or e-wallet in our partner stores.
Step 1 – Visit any BPI-accredited cash agent near you and let the cashier know you want to cash out.
Step 2 – Provide the QR Ph-accepted bank app or e-wallet that you will use as source of fund, and the total cash-out amount.
Step 3 – Choose how to settle the cash-out fee:
- Deduction – The fee is deducted from your cash-out amount.
- Top-up – The fee is added to your total cash-out amount.

Step 4 – Once confirmed, cashier will input final amount, total cash-out amount including the cash-out fee, then generate the QR code.
Step 5 - Open your preferred QR Ph bank app or e-wallet, then scan the QR code. Make sure to check if the final amount reflected when the QR code is scanned is correct (total cash out amount and convenience fee).
Step 6 – Once confirmed, wait for the transaction successful notification via SMS or email from your QR Ph-accepted bank app or e-wallet. Remember to check if transaction is confirmed and that you have successfully received the cash from the cashier before leaving the store.
