Learn the steps on how you can withdraw cash in our partner stores.
Step 1 – Visit an accredited partner store near you to withdraw.
Step 2 – Go to the customer service counter and provide the following information:
- Withdrawal amount
- BPI Account Number
- BPI Account Name
- Valid government-issued ID
Step 3 – Wait for SMS confirmation of the transaction.
Step 4 – Count your withdrawn money and check your BPI account to confirm transaction before leaving the partner store.

Only the BPI account holder is allowed to do withdrawal transactions from his/her account through partner stores.

Account holder will receive SMS notification of the transaction bearing the following information:

How much is the maximum daily withdrawal limit at partner stores?
No daily withdrawal limit, but partner stores can process cash withdrawals of up to ₱10,000 per transaction.
