Learn the steps on how you can withdraw cash at a BPI Partner Store.
Step 1: Choose a partner store near you. You may initiate a withdrawal transaction using your BPI app or visit a BPI Partner Store directly.

Step 2: Log in to your BPI app. Generate a barcode by tapping “More”, select “Partner Store Transactions”, and tap “Withdraw”.
Step 3: Choose the BPI account you want to withdraw from and enter the desired amount. You may withdraw PHP 100 - PHP 10,000 per transaction*, with a maximum withdrawal amount per day of PHP 50,000 per day.

Step 4: Review the details and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Tap “Confirm”. This will generate a barcode which you may use to facilitate your withdrawal transaction at a BPI Partner Store.
Step 5: Proceed to a BPI Partner Store that accepts BPI app barcode transactions. Inform the cashier that you want to withdraw cash from your BPI account. Show the generated barcode.
Step 6: After the cashier scans the barcode, you will receive the cash you have withdrawn.
Step 7: Count the cash and check the email notification confirming the successful withdrawal before you leave the partner store.

What are the eligible BPI accounts for BPI app barcode withdrawal?
This service is available for the following debit card-based and digital, non-passbook accounts only:
- Must be debit card-based
- Active, PHP, Savings and Checking accounts
- Must be Personal or a Joint-OR (JOR) accounts
Dormant, closed, passbook only, or Joint-AND accounts are NOT eligible for this service.
What are the withdrawal limits?
You may withdraw from PHP 100 to PHP 10,000 per transaction*. Barcode generation is limited to a maximum of five (5) times a day, and a total withdrawal amount of PHP 50,000 per customer per day.

Where can I use the BPI app barcode?
You can present the barcode at any BPI Partner Store that supports BPI app barcode transactions. The cashier will scan your barcode to process the withdrawal transaction and hand over the cash.

Step 2: Go to the store counter and provide the following information:
- Withdrawal amount
- BPI Account Number
- BPI Account Name
- Valid government-issued ID
Step 3: After entering the required details, you will receive an SMS with a One-Time PIN (OTP) to proceed with the transaction.
Step 4: Wait for SMS confirmation of the transaction.
Count your withdrawn money and check your BPI account through the BPI app to confirm your withdrawal transaction before leaving the BPI Partner Store.
