BPI e-Gov

1. Open the BPI app and tap More services at the bottom of the screen.

2. Scroll down to Payments & wallets, then tap eGov.

3. Select the government biller you wish to pay and enter the payment details:

1. Amount to pay

2. Main Reference ID (10 to 20-digit reference number depending on Biller)

3. 11-digit mobile number or account name, depending on the government biller (2nd Reference ID)

4. Your email address

5. Other biller information required such as Account Number, Payor Type, Payment Type, Payment period coverage for select biller, whichever is applicable

4. Log in to your BPI online account to select your source account.

5. Confirm the transaction using the One-Time PIN you’ll receive in your BPI-registered number.

2. Scroll down to Payments & wallets, then tap eGov.

3. Select the government biller and the document or fee you wish to pay.

4. Select BPI via PCHC Paygate from the payment options, then enter the required information.

5. Log in to your BPI online account to select your source account.

6. Confirm the transaction using the One-Time PIN you’ll receive in your BPI-registered number.
