How to pay your government fees online

1. Go to the BPI Mobile app, swipe up, and tap "Pay e-Gov."
2. Select the government biller you wish to pay.
3. Input the following details:

a. Amount to pay
b. 10-digit reference number (Main Reference ID)
c. 11-digit mobile number (2nd Reference ID)

4. Tap "Continue."
5. Enter your BPI Online username and password.
6. Select an account you wish to pay from, and tap "Pay using BPI."
7. Enter your mobile number.
8. Key in the One-Time PIN sent to you and tap "Proceed."

What is BPI e-Gov?

BPI e-Gov is a portal you access via your BPI Mobile app, that you can use to pay for a wide variety of government agency transactions.

How can I pay government fees?

1. Go to the BPI Mobile app, swipe up, and tap "Pay e-Gov."
2. Select the government biller you wish to pay.
3. Input the following details:

a. Amount to pay
b. 10-digit reference number (Main Reference ID)
c. 11-digit mobile number (2nd Reference ID)

4. Tap "Continue."
5. Enter your BPI Online username and password.
6. Select an account you wish to pay from, and tap "Pay using BPI."
7. Enter your mobile number.
8. Key in the One-Time PIN sent to you and tap "Proceed."

Who can use BPI e-Gov?

All BPI clients who are registered to BPI Online can use this feature.

How will I know if the transaction was successful?

BPI will send an email confirmation to your registered email address, indicating that your transaction was successful.

Can I cancel the transaction?

Transactions cannot be cancelled once you have submitted the One-Time PIN.

Is there a limit to the amount that I can pay for in a day?

Yes. The maximum limit is up to an aggregated amount of Php 50,000 per day.*

*This limit includes cash ins to other partner apps and websites, load prepaid, load other prepaid, transfers to other BPI accounts (unenrolled), and Instapay transfers.
