How to pay your bills

1. Log in to BPI Online or BPI Mobile app and go to “Payments/Load.”
2. Select “Pay Bills.”
3. Fill in the details and select an enrolled biller.
4. Confirm the details of your transaction. Click on “Confirm.”
5. Enter your Mobile Key or One-Time PIN (OTP) then select “Submit.”

Note: Your payment is debited from your account in real-time. However, depending on the merchant’s policy, your payment will be reflected on the merchant’s record within 1-3 banking days from your transaction date.

How to enroll billers

1. Log in to BPI Online and go to “Other Services.”
2. Select “Manage Recipients.”
3. Click on “Add recipient.”
4. Select Biller as the type of recipient. 
5. Confirm the details of your enrollment. Click on “Confirm.”
6. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) then select “Submit.”

What is the maximum number billers I can enroll?

​​​​​​​You can now enroll up to 99 billers to your account.

After enrolling a biller, will it be immediately available for payment?

​​​​​​​Yes, you can start making your payments as soon as you’ve enrolled a biller.

Can I delete an enrolled biller in real-time?

Yes, deletion of an enrolled biller can be done in real-time.

When will my account be debited for my scheduled bills payment?

5:00 AM (GMT+8) of the scheduled prepaid load date.

However, should the reload date fall on weekends or regular holidays, debiting will occur at 5:00 AM of the next banking day. For special holidays, the debit may still take effect on the scheduled load date.

Please ensure that your source account is properly funded otherwise the reload will be rejected by the system.

What is the cut-off time for scheduling a bills payment transaction?

Transactions have to be scheduled before 10:00 PM, one (1) banking day prior to the intended scheduled prepaid load date.

Will I be able to edit or delete my scheduled bills payment transaction?

Yes, you may edit or cancel your scheduled prepaid load transaction before 10:00 AM (GMT +8), one (1) day before your scheduled load date.
