• You’ll receive smart notifications that let you know when
• You’ve received an unusually large deposit
• A fund transfer to you from a specific account is lower or higher than average
• A payment to a specific biller was higher or lower than usual
• A fund transfer to another person’s account was unusual
• You might have had a duplicate ATM withdrawal

Learn about your cash-in and cash-out habits

You get a monthly report of how frequently you cash in to e-wallets and how much you’ve transferred in total.

You’ll also see the total amounts compared, month-on-month.

Know when to invest

Based on your usual cashflow, you’ll be notified when it looks like you have extra cash that can be saved or invested.

Track and Plan will soon be able to remind you to save, and recommend savings and loan products tailored to your lifestyle. Soon you’ll also get to see your investment trends and be alerted when a regular incoming payment (likes your salary) is late.

Eventually, the dashboard will show you a breakdown of the kinds of places where you made debit, credit, or QR payments. Keep using the app to get better, more detailed insights.

No, this is not an option. But don’t worry, the system is trained to notify you only with notifications that are the most relevant to you.

There are two ways you can get your insights:

1. The notifications carousel

You’ll see this on the home screen of your BPI app, above your accounts.

A summary of new insights will appear here, and tapping on the card will show you more details.

2. The More menu

On your home screen, tap More > Personal finance insights

Just got to More > General Settings, then toggle the switch next to Personal finance insights.

Please note that this turns off all insights and you won’t receive any until after you turn it back on.

The Track and Plan feature uses AI-driven analytics to deliver notifications and financial advice tailored specifically to you.

It looks at your usual transactions on the BPI app, and learns what you do regularly, what is unusual, and how you can maximize your money based on the trends it identifies.

No, your individual transaction data is only for Track & Plan, which is tailored to you and not shared with anyone.

There is no set number of insights you’ll get in a day, because it really depends on the transactions you make through the app.

You don’t have to worry about getting spammed though, because we’ll only send you notifications that are relevant, when they’re relevant.
