All BPI Prepaid Cards were deactivated on December 27, 2024. You may use any of our other payments products, such as the BPI Debit Card or VYBE, for your payment needs.
Disclaimer: *BPI Amore Visa Prepaid card is no longer available starting January 1, 2021. Existing cards purchased prior to said date will retain their validity as stated on the card. **All Retail (Physical) BPI Prepaid Cards (e.g., BPI ePay Mastercard, BPI ePay Visa and BPI ePay Gift Card) is no longer available starting May 23, 2022. Existing cards purchased prior to said date will retain their validity as stated on the card.

When will my BPI Prepaid Card be deactivated?
What prepaid card variants are affected by the deactivation?
The following BPI Prepaid Card variants will be affected by the deactivation.
- Amore Visa Paywave and Beep
- BPI ePay Gift Card
- BPI ePay Corporate Mastercard & Visa
- BPI ePay Retail Mastercard and Visa (including the Virtual ePay Mastercard)
What will I do if I still have a remaining balance in my prepaid card?
You may request to transfer your balance to your existing BPI deposit account or VYBE wallet by calling our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.
You may also visit any BPI branch. Please bring your prepaid card and a valid ID.
What happens if I did not claim my remaining balance after the deactivation date?
We will initiate to transfer your remaining prepaid card load balance to your active BPI Deposit account or VYBE wallet after December 27, 2024. Otherwise, your balance will remain in your prepaid card but subject to applicable fees. If you have no existing BPI account or VYBE wallet yet, we highly encourage you to open an account now. To open an account, simply visit the nearest BPI branch or download and register to the VYBE app on your mobile phone.
Note: Inactivity and/or maintenance fees will still apply after deactivation.
Will my prepaid card continue to have inactivity or maintenance fee charges if I am not able to get my balance?
Yes, applicable charges will remain not until you or the bank, whichever comes first, initiate to transfer your remaining prepaid card load balance to your existing BPI deposit account or VYBE wallet before or after December 27, 2024. If you have no existing BPI account or VYBE wallet yet, we suggest you open an account now. To open an account, simply visit the nearest BPI branch or download and register the VYBE app on your mobile phone.
