List of Requirements When Applying for a BPI Personal Loan
For Employed
1. Valid Philippine government-issued, photo-bearing ID with signature
2. Latest 3 months payslips, or latest Income Tax Return (ITR) BIR Form 2316
For Self-employed
1. Valid Philippine government-issued, photo-bearing ID with signature
2. Audited Financial Statements (3 years), or latest Income Tax Return
3. DTI/SEC Business Registration Certificate
- Passport
- Driver's License
- Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
- Postal ID
- Voter's ID
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Government Service Insurance Sysytem (GSIS) e-Card
- Social Security System (SSS) card
- Senior Citizen card
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
- Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) ID
- Government office and Government-owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) ID (e.g., Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) IDs)
- ID issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID
- Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Insurance Commission (IC)
- PhilHealth Health Insurance Card ng Bayan
- National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
- Police Clearance
- Barangay Certification
- Seaman's Book
- Alien Certificate of Registration / Immigrant Certificate of Registration (not applicable for Housing Loan)
- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
- Professional ID cards issued by Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA)
The maximum annual contractual rate (ACR) is 25.60%. Flexible loan term options from 12 to 36 months. A minimal one-time processing fee of Php 1,500 will be deducted from the loan proceeds. Documentary Stamps Tax worth Php 1.50 for every Php 200 of loan amount will apply to loans above Php 250,000. To know more, click here.
Example: A loan amounting to Php 20,000 with a term of 12 months will pay Php 22,884, inclusive of interest. The estimated monthly amortization is Php 1,907 with ACR of 25.60%. Compute for your loan here.
