You also have the following two options when applying for a loan:
1. Via Branch
You can visit any BPI branch and submit the required documents.
2. Via the Contact Us page
1. Go to the Contact Us page and complete the form.
2. When asked if you are a BPI client, select “No.”
3. Enter all required information.
4. Choose “Loans” and “Personal Loan” from the dropdown options.
5. Under Summary of Concern, specify your preferred callback time (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
6. Submit the form and expect a callback within 2–3 banking days.
