1. The prize offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The prize is non-transferable and may only be availed of by the Eligible Accountholder.
2. There will be no opt-in required for this Promo.
3. BPI deposit accounts with zero (Php 0) balance or funding as of June 13, 2025 will not be eligible for the raffle draw
4. The prize of an accountholder whose BPI deposit account was closed for whatever reason, as of the date of raffle prize crediting, is automatically forfeited.
5. Should the crediting of the prize cause the winner’s #MySaveUp account to exceed the Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30,000) maximum limit, the winner is required to visit the nearest BPI branch to facilitate the lifting of the limit to receive the cash prize.
6. In case of disputes in respect of BPI and the Eligible Accountholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
7. Any dispute related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
8. BPI, with the concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.
9. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI #SaveUp account, BPI Regular Savings account, BPI Regular Checking account, BPI Saver Plus account, BPI Pamana Savings account, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
10. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.
11. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prizes.
12. BPI employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the Promo.
13. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the prizes.
14. BPI will shoulder the 20% final tax due for raffle prize exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000).
