Promo Mechanics
1. This promo is open to existing customers of VYBE and Ramen Nagi.
2. Ramen Nagi customers who are not yet registered in VYBE must download the VYBE by BPI App to qualify. Customers must have registered mobile numbers.
3. To join, customers must pay via QR Ph using VYBE at participating Ramen Nagi branches nationwide from August 15, 2026 to October 31, 2026, for dine-in purchases.
4. Get PHP 150 off on any participating side dish with a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 1,000.

5. Customers must first meet the minimum purchase requirement of PHP 1,000 to qualify for the discount.
6. Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per single-receipt transaction, table, or customer per VYBE-registered mobile number. If a transaction is split into multiple receipts, only one (1) discount may be applied.
7. Customers may avail the offer multiple times during the promo period, subject to the one (1) redemption limit per transaction.
8. Discount applies to participating side dishes only.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
10. BPI and DTI reserve the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/vouchers for abuse, falsification, fraud, and gamification. All questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by BPI.
11. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
