1. The promo is open to all new-to-bank customers who will open BPI #SaveUp, Pamana Padala, or Padala Moneyger account at SPACE at ONE Ayala on April 26, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

2. Upon completion, customers will receive two (2) tickets to the BPI event, BPI POP! Pamilyang OFW Party with Anne Curtis & Michael V. – UwiANNE Na!, happening on the day itself from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

3. The prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferrable but allows for a companion to join the event.

Terms and Conditions

1. BPI shall not shoulder any and all expenses related to the attendance to the event such as lodging, transportation, food, etc. 

2. BPI shall not be held liable for any impediment beyond BPI’s control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, inclement weather conditions, or any local-government restrictions, which may cause the delay of the raffle and or postponement or cancellation of the event.

3. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

4. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the promo and attendance to the event.

5. The benefits of this promo are non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.

6. By participating in this promo, the accountholder winners hereby agree as follows: 

a. That BPI is authorized to provide information of the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of electronic raffle draws and sending of virtual links.

b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Program. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

7. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
