Uncle John’s Promo

1. Open to all new BPI customers who will apply for a BPI #SaveUp at any Uncle John’s outlet from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026.

2. All new customers who have successfully opened a BPI #SaveUp will be entitled to a free Chicken Meal (Uncle John’s 1-piece Chicken Meal and Coke Mini Can).

3. The customer must scan the QR code available in the store to apply or open an account. The application for a BPI #SaveUp is deemed completed when it reaches the confirmation screen in the BPI app.

4. A live confirmation screen should be presented and redeemed at Uncle John’s outlet where the customer performed the account opening.

5. The free chicken meal is valid immediately and should be availed within one hour of reaching the confirmation screen. Uncle John’s Personnel should ask the customer to click the back button / icon on the phone to verify if the customer did a live application in the store.

6. Uncle John’s Personnel will ask for the customer’s last four digits of their mobile number used in the account opening. This detail will also be indicated on the physical voucher.

7. Opening a BPI #SaveUp is subject to the existing policies of BPI.

8. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI accountholder’s availment of the Program, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance and/or delivery of the product to the BPI accountholders, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final. 

1. To redeem the free Chicken Meal, accountholders need to show their live confirmation screens to the cashier of Uncle John’s.   

2. The free Chicken Meal is not transferable, subject to Uncle John’s Terms and Conditions. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item, or e-voucher. 

3. The BPI accountholder shall be responsible for safekeeping the confirmation screen/physical voucher. BPI and partner merchant shall not replace the redeemed free Chicken Meal. 

1. BPI accountholders whose BPI #SaveUp accounts are inactive, suspended or closed will no longer be qualified.

2. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. Any feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective partner merchants. 

3. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the free item/s. BPI and its subsidiaries shall be held free and harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, expenses, taxes, fees and costs arising from or in connection with the BPI accountholder’s participation, availment of and/or use of the free item/s under the Program.

5. By participating in this Promo, the BPI accountholder agrees that the Bank may collect information, such as, but not limited to, mobile number and e-mail address. Should he win game cards or be awarded eGCs, the BPI accountholder likewise agrees and consents to the display and disclosure of his name on the BPI website and Facebook page. 

6. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
