General Terms and Conditions
a. Qualified BPI Credit cardholders who purchased through straight payment may convert their purchases to installment from 3 to 36 months installment terms through Balance Conversion (Regular to SIP conversion). To avail, cardholder may call 889-10055 or visit any BPI branches or request for a callback via BPI Help and Support. Subject to Balance Conversion terms and conditions. b. To qualify for the promo, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases.
c. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
d. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
e. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
f. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of the Merchant.
g. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
h. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit and Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

Terms and Conditions
a. The FlexipayZero and FlexipayLow monthly add-on interest terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 3,000 or higher.
b. The terms may be available for select services/items only.
c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI's approval.
d. Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other Flexipay feature:
Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders
Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transactions will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.
FlexipayLater
First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full.
e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method
BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 + 2% on the principal amount should the cardholder decide to terminate the Flexipay transaction prior to the 1st billing.
BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 for Flexipay transactions terminated after the first billing.
f. To qualify for the Program, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant.
g. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant.
h. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.

6. Onboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and can only be applied toward onboard purchases made during the eligible Disney Adventure sailing;
7. Onboard credit (including any unused portion) cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or future cruise credit;
8. Onboard credit will be applied in USD;
9. Onboard credit can be applied to most charges made while on the cruise, including WIFI, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, retail and spa, except port tax;
10. Primary guest must remain on the eligible reservation and sail to receive the onboard credit. The onboard credit will not be provided if the primary guest is changed or removed from the eligible reservation or if the booking is cancelled or changed;
11. All onboard credit will be forfeited if bookings are cancelled or no show;
12. The onboard credit will be applied to the primary guest’s onboard folio;
13. The primary guest will only see their onboard credit on their onboard folio upon boarding the ship;
14. Onboard credit will automatically appear on the stateroom account and can be used onboard toward the purchase of shipboard services, merchandise, food and beverages, or Port Adventures;
15. Disney Cruise Line may amend or withdraw the promotion, subject to reasonable prior notice to customers through official communication channels and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
