Promo Mechanics
1. This Promo is open to first time and current users of the BPI app
a. If customers are not yet registered, they may do so by downloading the BPI app on the App Store, Google PlayStore, or Huawei AppGallery. After downloading, they can tap 'Create new account'.
2. This Promo is only applicable to TITAN Loyalty Members.
a. If customers are not yet registered, they may sign up as a TITAN Loyalty Member upon purchase to qualify for the promo.
3. This Promo is valid from June 1 to June 25, 2026.
4. This Promo allows customers to earn Double TITAN Loyalty Member Points.
5. To redeem, customers must have a minimum-purchase spend of PHP 4,000 on regular-priced items at TITAN stores using the BPI app’s pay via QR feature.
a. Minimum spend applies to payments made via the BPI app’s Pay via QR only.
b. Purchases of discounted items are not eligible and will not be counted toward the minimum spend requirement for this Promo.
c. Customers will receive an email notification from BPI confirming their purchase.
6. Customers must present the payment confirmation receipt from the BPI app and email notification from BPI to the TITAN employee to be used as proof of Promo eligibility.
a. Customers must enter their TITAN Loyalty Member details and BPI App payment receipt information on the TITAN Loyalty Email Input online form provided at the counter by a TITAN employee.
7. This Promo also allows customers to earn two (2) points for every PHP 50 spent on regular products and two (2) points for every PHP 25 spent on TITAN-branded products.
a. A minimum spend of PHP 4,000 is required for customers to avail of double TITAN Loyalty Member Points.
8. The TITAN Loyalty Member Points will be reflected on their TITAN Loyalty Member account 7 days after the purchase is made.
9. Online or delivery orders do not qualify for this promotion.
10. This Promo cannot be applied in conjunction with other promos, discounts, or privileges.
11. This Promo's Organizers (BPI and TITAN) will endeavor to process disputes filed within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
12. In case of any dispute with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, claiming of the benefit, the decision of the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
13. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the Program and receipt of the benefit.
14. The benefit of this Promo is non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.
15. By participating in this Program, the BPI app user hereby agree as follows:
a. BPI is authorized to provide information about the accountholder to third party contractors or agents to implement the Promo including the processing of transactions, electronic raffle draws, and crediting of prizes.
b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and email address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.
16. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Program.
