2. Fares are inclusive of 7 kg carry-on baggage allowance.
3. If all promotional fares are sold out, cardholders can still enjoy a 20% discount on regular base fares.
4. Advertised fares are exclusive of government-imposed transportation taxes and fees.
5. Fares valid on nonstop service only.
6. Seats are limited. Fares may vary by destination and may not be available on some flights that operate during holidays and peak season dates.
7. Fares are subject to change until they are ticketed.
8. Tickets are valid for the named passenger only and are not transferable.
9. Name corrections due to name misspelling is permitted at least 72 hours prior to departure and may be subject to fees.
10. Tickets are non-refundable.
11. Rebooking is permitted for as long as changes are made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Any change in itinerary may result in an increase in fare, rebooking fees, and the difference must be paid upon rebooking. Failure to cancel prior to departure will result in forfeiture of remaining funds on the ticket.
12. Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice. The airline shall not be responsible for the passenger’s missed connecting flights.
13. Free baggage allowance varies and is dependent on the fare availed.
14. Passengers are allowed to have additional check-in baggage with a maximum weight of 40 kg per flight (except for Clark-Siargao-Clark flights). Carry-on baggage must not go beyond 43 linear inches (22 x 13 x 8 in. including handles and wheels). Additional baggage will be charged accordingly.
15. Passengers are strongly encouraged to remove valuable and fragile items from their check-in baggage. Sunlight Air will not be responsible for the damage these items may sustain.
16. Passengers must ensure that their luggage is sturdy and well-secured enough for check-in to withstand the rigors of carriage by air without sustaining damage except for ordinary wear and tear. Kindly note that the use of bags made of a thin material (e.g. sack bag, paper bag, grocery bag), is discouraged. Should passengers use such bags to transport their items, the airline will not be liable for any damage that their items may undergo.
17. Carriage of passengers and baggage is subject to Sunlight Air’s Conditions of Carriage. Management reserves the right to refuse boarding and carriage to any passenger who violates any item in the Conditions of Carriage.
