1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI account holders* who are enrolled in BPI Online and all new and existing Star City customers.

2. To avail of the 10% discount, BPI account holders must purchase tickets on the Star City website and pay using their BPI Online account during the promo period.

3. Upon checkout on Star City’s website, choose “BPI Online” as the mode of payment and input the code "BPISTARCITY" to avail of the discount, which will automatically be applied to the total amount.

4. The discount is applicable from August 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025 (11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time).

5. The discount can be availed of multiple times during the promo period.

6. This promotion is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. Star City reserves the right to cancel rewards for abuse and fraud.

7. This promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion unless otherwise specified.

8. The qualified clients who use the promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and Star City. All questions or disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by Star City.

9. By participating in the promo, the BPI account holder authorizes the bank and Star City to share their relevant information (including personal information) with suppliers or merchants/partners for purposes of the redemption/crediting of the discount voucher.

10. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
