1. BPI Mastercard® Credit or Debit and Robinsons Bank Mastercard® Credit Cardholders can enjoy an instant discount of PHP 200 or PHP 500 from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a min. single receipt purchase of PHP 5,000 or PHP 10,000 (straight or installment transaction) respectively at any SM Store branch nationwide.
2. Promo offers are time-bound. Discounts apply only during the scheduled time window.
3. Promo runs every Monday to Thursday from August 4 to September 30, 2025.
4. All Mastercard transactions must be made within the promo period and time window to avail of the discount.
5. Upon completing the minimum single-receipt Mastercard card transaction, the POS will automatically award the PHP 200 or PHP 500 discount.
6. Discounts are applied at the point of sale for qualified transactions and are applicable to all items.
7. The minimum purhcase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i,e., class discounts, SMAC/SM Prestige discounts and other SM discounts)
8. Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.
9. Promo is in conjunction with other Mastercard promotions within SM Store.
10. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of getting multiple discounts is not allowed.
11. Offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
12. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.
13. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other service.
14. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
15. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
16. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
17. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the bank's Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
