1. The Promo is open to cardholders with participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing:

2. The Promo Period is until June 15, 2025.

3. The cardholder must use his or her BPI Credit card for a minimum single-receipt installment purchase of PHP 10,000 at any SM Store branch to get a chance to win a brand-new Samsung Galaxy Tablet or 1,000 SMAC Points within the promo period.

4. Promo is valid for in-store transactions only.

5. Promo is exclusive to SMAC Start, SMAC, and SMAC Prestige members. Expired SM Advantage or SM Prestige Cards on the date of transaction are not eligible for the promo. Purchase of Cellcards, Phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, Returns, Bills Payment Products, and other products at the Customer Service Counter are not entitled to a raffle entry. Customers are highly encouraged to use both credit card and SMAC card with same name when participating in the e-raffle.

6. There will be 10 winners of Samsung Galaxy Tablet and 20 winners of 1,000 SMAC Points.

7. Electronic Raffle Draw will be held on June 30, 2025 at DAC Head Office, J.W. Diokno Blvd. Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, in the presence of DTI and SM representative.

8. Cardholder may only win once regardless of his/her entry being drawn more than once in the raffle draw.

9. The Promo is in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts or coupons.

10. Prizes are not convertible to cash, not transferable, but exempted from prize tax.

11. DAC will notify the winning SMAC members on how to claim their prize through any of the following channels: SMS, eDM or Facebook Announcement.

12. SMAC Points will be credited to winning SMAC member’s account within 30 business days after the end of the promo period.

13. Winners of the Samsung Galaxy Tablets will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize certificate. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of SM Store with the prior approval of DTI.

• Winners must present the following at the SM Store Customer Service where they made the winning transaction.

1. One (1) valid I.D. (e.g. Driver’s License, SSS card, Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN Card and any government ID)

2. Credit Card and own active SMAC used for the winning transaction

3. Congratulatory message that he/she received from DAC.

• Note: Winners must sign the Claim Certificate prior to claiming of prize.

14. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.  

15. SM Store, DAC, and the participating issuing banks reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.

16. Employees of SM Store, SM Retail Inc., Digital Advantage Corporation, the participating issuing banks, and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.

2. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of Real 0% Special Installment Plan (SIP) Program. This allows Cardholders to avail of 3 months Real 0% SIP at Merchant. 

3. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Special Installment Plan (SIP): 

a. The SIP Real 0% installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 5,000 or higher. 

• 3 months term: Minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 5,000 or higher.

b. The terms may be available for select items only.  

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.  

d. The cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features: 

• Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders 

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions. 

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method  

e.1. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing.  

e.2. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing. 

4. To qualify for the Program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the participating Merchant.  

5. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant.  

6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.
