Singapore Airlines
1. To avail this offer, simply use your BPI or Robinsons Bank Mastercard® Credit or Debit Card and meet the minimum eligible spend in a single receipt on Singapore Airlines (SIA) tickets, originating from the Philippines.
2. For avoidance of doubt, each eligible BPI or Robinsons Bank Mastercard® Credit or Debit Card cardholder shall only be entitled to one (1) PHP 2,500 worth of dining gift certificates for a minimum spend of PHP 30,000 in a single transaction, or one (1) PHP 2,500 worth of dining gift certificates plus one (1) PHP 5,000 worth of dining or shopping gift certificates for a minimum spend of PHP 60,000 in a single transaction paid with a BPI or Robinsons Bank Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card issued in the Philippines.
3. The gift certificates may be claimed after purchase or within 60 days from October 25, 2025 or until December 23, 2025 at the following locations:
a. Manila - Singapore Airlines Ticketing Office located at 33F LKG Tower, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Philippines 1226 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays only.
b. Cebu - Singapore Airlines Office located at located at 7F Pioneer Bldg., Cardinal Rosales Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesdays to Fridays only.
4. Customers must present the following to claim their gift certificates:
a. Valid ID of the eligible customer
b. Copy of e-tickets and;
c. BPI or Robinsons Bank Mastercard® branded debit and credit card used for the payment.
5. Gift certificates may also be claimed by an authorized representative provided that he/she presents the following:
a. Two (2) valid IDs of the eligible customer and two (2) valid IDs of the representative;
b. Authorisation letter bearing the signatures of the winner and the representative;
c. Copy of e-tickets and;
d. BPI or Robinsons Bank Mastercard® branded debit and credit card used for the payment.
6. Eligible customers claiming the PHP 2,500 dining gift certificates and/ or PHP 5,000 worth of dining or shopping gift certificates may choose from the following:
a. Dining gift certificates: Shangri-La The Fort, The Bistro Group, Wild Flour Bakery + Café, and Mary Grace Café.
b. Shopping gift certificates: The Travel Club or SSI Purple Card
Should the preferred brand be unavailable, Singapore Airlines may offer the other brands gift certificates of equivalent value.
