#SaveUp to Win Promo

1. The #SaveUp To Win raffle promo is open to all new-to-bank remitter customers of BPI who will open a BPI #SaveUp account digitally thru the BPI mobile app.

2. The Promo shall culminate in the two (2) raffle draws, with the following tracking periods: 

3. Raffle entries earned for a particular Tracking Period shall expire after the raffle draw for that period and shall not be valid for succeeding raffle draws. Each Qualified Customer shall only be entitled to join the Promo for one (1) Tracking Period.

4. Customer must provide consent to join the promo register via this link.

5. After providing the consent to join the Promo, the Customer must register by providing the following information:

a. Customer Full Name

b. Mobile Number

c. Declaration (a. I am an Overseas Filipino working / residing abroad who sends money to the Philippines; b. I am a beneficiary in the Philippines receiving remittances or funds transfers from a relative abroad; c. I am neither an Overseas Filipino or a beneficiary)

d. Consent to process and share personal information

6. Customers may register only until the end of the Tracking Period to be eligible for the raffle draw. Registrations submitted after the registration period shall not be included in the raffle draw.

11. The raffle draw will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. 

1. BPI shall not be held liable for any impediment beyond the Bank’s control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, inclement weather conditions, or any local-government restrictions, which may cause the delay of the raffle and / or the crediting of the cash prize.

2. BPI reserves the right to refuse to honor the winner if the account opening is found to have been sourced through fraudulent, illegal or any activity inconsistent with the law. 

3. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

4. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, stockholders, officers and employees shall not be liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless from any and all loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants resulting from their participation in the Promo and receipt of the prize, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.

5. By participating in this promo, the customer:

i. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to provide information of the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of electronic raffle draws.

ii. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to his/her name, mobile number, e-mail address and current location. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of the identified winners, including his/her name, for marketing purposes related to this promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

6. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, BPI Online and BPI Mobile App, BPI #SaveUp Account and BPI Data Privacy Policy, all as may be amended from time to time, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
