1. The promo is open to all VYBE e-wallet users and will run from August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. 

2. Download and sign up for VYBE at Apple App Store or Google Play.   

3. Qualified users are eligible to get one (1) raffle entry per qualified transaction.

4. VYBE clients can transact more than once within the promo period to earn more raffle entries. If a VYBE client exceeds the minimum amount on a single transaction, it will be considered as one (1) raffle entry only.

5. To signify participation in the raffle promotion, existing and new VYBE clients will receive a unique code to be sent to the client's VYBE by BPI registered email address. The unique promo code should be registered by the client at the official raffle promo registration portal. Clients only need to register once.

5.1 VYBE client will receive the unique promo code to their VYBE by BPI registered email address.

5.2 VYBE clients who are interested to join should visit the VYBE raffle promo landing page, client must register the unique promo code and agree on the consent.

5.3 Once the unique promo code is registered and validated, client will be redirected to a 'Thank You' page confirming a successful promo registration.

7. For new VYBE clients who signed up from August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026,  the unique promo code will be sent to their VYBE by BPI registered email address on the following dates:

10. If the winner's name is drawn more than once, BPI and DTI will draw another winner. 

11. A client can only win once per raffle draw date.

12. Winners will be notified via registered mail and email from BPI on how to claim the prize. The announcement of winners will be published on BPI’s official Facebook page on the following dates:

13. The PHP 17,500 cash prize will be credited to the winner's active VYBE e-wallet within 10-15 banking days from the announcement of winners. VYBE by BPI will shoulder the tax prize.

14. This promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion (unless otherwise specified).

15. The prize shall be awarded exclusively through crediting to the winner's VYBE e-wallet. Requests to receive the prize through any other payout method, including check, bank credit, or credit limit, will not be accommodated. The prize cannot be exchanged for other promotions, discounts, products, or services.

16. The qualified clients who use this promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and VYBE.

17. Employees of Bank of the Philippine Islands, its, suppliers, concessionaires, third party agents and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

18. By participating in the promo, the BPI accountholder or the VYBE user authorizes the bank to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers or merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner.

19. By participating in the raffle draw, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set by BPI governing the rules of participation. BPI reserves the right to verify the client’s personal information for the administration of the raffle and announcing the winners if the client is selected as a winner. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of BPI, the client will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.

20. BPI reserves the right to forfeit the prize or invalidate the awarding to the winner should it be proven that the winner has provided any false information or committed any fraudulent act. In case of such an event, BPI may redraw another winner in the presence and upon approval of DTI.
