Promo Offer

• Free delivery within Metro Manila by Rustan’s personal shoppers for purchases with a minimum amount of PHP 5,000;
• Complimentary gift-wrapping service for purchases with a minimum amount of PHP 500 per item;
• Free parking voucher for purchases with a minimum amount of PHP 2,500, only available in Makati and Shangri-La branches.

Qualifications

The promo is open to BPI Signature Wealth Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good standing. 

1. To qualify for the offer, the cardholder must use his or her BPI Signature Wealth Card to pay for his or her purchase at Merchant. 

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product. 

3. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

4. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

• The offer is valid from August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026;
• The offer should be given where the purchase was made. 

5. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired, or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended. 

6. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI. 

7. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of the Merchant. 

8. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank’s processes and the customers’ participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law. 

9. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Signature Wealth Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
